Product Returns

Shipments within Greece are carried out in collaboration with SPEEDEX companies. Delivery time is 1-3 business days and products are shipped the next day. For hard-to-reach areas, delivery time may vary.Shipping costs within Greece are free for orders over 70 euros. For orders under 70 euros, shipping is 2 euros.

Cash on delivery costs are 3 euros.The Company bears no responsibility for any delays due to force majeure, such as strikes, extreme weather events, natural disasters, sudden governmental or legislative acts. For orders outside Greece, please contact us by e-mail at orders@esandali. gr to learn about shipping methods and charges.

There are some cases where stock may be out of stock between the time your order is dispatched and the time it is received by us. In this case we will contact you immediately for any clarification.




Return Policy

The customer has the possibility to return free of charge (only for orders within Greece) the product he bought from this online store, in order to exchange it for another one of his choice, within 14 calendar days from the date he received it. In any case of returning the product for the purpose of exchanging it with another one, the cost of the return is borne by us and is done only through the cooperating organization with a recipient's fee.

To reserve/reserve the product with which you wish to change, you will have to place a new order following the same procedure as a normal order and method of paying the cash on delivery. *Any refund to a abank account will be completed within 14 days.

The parcel is delivered to the cooperating carriers of Speedex at recipient costs.

The testing of shoes should be done on a soft, clean carpet or soft surface, otherwise the Company does not accept shoes that have abrasions, dirt or wear.
